I miss Japan so much lol. I visited August last year. I went to that exact same Super Autobacs lol.. I also went to the Nismo Omori Factory, they had completely different cars on show. Did you check out the bathrooms in there? And also take note of the camshafts used for door handles? So mad lol.

I see you forgot to put your phone on charge that night -
I'm also curious as I am wanting to rig up a front splitter and possibly a rear diffuser for my R34 GTT.

Perfect fitment! -
Yea with the change of events I will be competing in the Supersprint on the Saturday only. Not particularly interested in the flying 1/5th. Is a shame about the hill climb, but thanks to the council deciding they want to start repairs on both sections of the track at the same time, BLCC can unfortunately not run either of the optional hill climbs. See you guys at the supersprint!

Nice write up mate. They car appears to be pretty clean. What engine mods to you plan to do before the flex fuel tune? What other mods do you plan to do? I.e. suspension, etc. Also, what is the outright plan for the car? Circuit days? -

Holy moly they look big. For the rest of us, what size are the tyres? Any more pics, maybe some from the front/rear to see how far they stick out lol -

Nice thread mate. Looks like a clean car and you are only improving on that I have the Nismo 1.5way and I have to admit it was probably the best mod I did to the car, following by bigger swaybars front and rear. I also saw you Gatebil thread when you first posted it, super jealous!!! Lol. -

Cheers. At the time it cost me ~$1800 for the gearbox and ~$400 for shipping. -

Well I managed to source some second hand drive shafts from a fellow SAU member nice and cheap, and then it turned out I had a friend who would be driving within about 5kms of where the guy lived, so he picked them up for me the following day, which meant I had my replacement driveshafts before the weekend. The process of changing the driveshaft over was actually easier then I thought it would be. Just unbolt the upper arms from the hub and the 5 bolts on the diff end and with a bit of maneuvering I was able to slide it out. After bolting everything back up it was time to have a couple of beers and open up the boot on the old shaft. Whilst removing the from the car, it felt pretty obvious that the CV was shattered. I figure it can be repaired with a bit of superglue right? -
Cool, I always forget the Motorsport section is there lol. FYI for others like me. http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/445884-home-made-splittersundertrays/?hl=+diffuser

I'm considering making up a front and rear diffuser for my R34 GTT, but was wondering if there any bolt on ones sold in Australia and I'm not having much luck finding one. My car has the factory Nismo front bar and standard skirts/rear bar. I saw mention of a diffuser however it required a different front bar. Any info would be appreciated
