  1. Cashed up investors buying everything up before the poor fhb can get a foot in. Not to mention foreign buyers...
  2. Tomei arms for full response[emoji87]
  3. @V28VX37
  4. Just add e85 and more boost or water meth injection with more boost and you should go close.
  5. It's posessed by satan. All I got.
  6. My comment is more about which car the cluster came from. I referenced the boost gauge as you said the cluster is from an ecr33. It isn't. Kind of false advertising, that is all.
  7. I chase them around the track in my gtst, they are quite hard to catch. Maybe start a WTB thread and actually put a few details of what you're after including a price range, km's, colour, etc.
  8. What's that off, GTS r33? Tach redline is at 6.5k and only goes to 8k rpm. No boost gauge either.
  9. Yep, luckily the plastic was still hanging on for its life and didn't fall into the valve train. I saw it while I was cleaning the cover and flicked it off but I didn't click till I was putting it all back together. Old mate I bought this car off had ultra tune do a service and plug change a few months before I bought it. Probably happened then or possibly in japland. Who knows. Hopefully this is what was causing the tiny leak. Will find out tomorrow.
  10. I think I've figured out whats happening. I noticed the bolt securing the coil pack that was leaking was longer than the others. It had penetrated through the cover. I think the air was getting between the threads and leaking out. When I was spraying soapy water it was bubbling at the bolt area. I have put some silicon in the hole now and on the threads of a correctly sized bolt. Will see tomorrow afternoon when I start her up if I am correct. I did also fill the seal up with silicon before I worked out what was happening with the cp bolt. Pictured below.
  11. Nissan quoted me 355. Anyhow, just pulled the rocker cover off and it looks fine, the seals are all intact and in good nick. I'll post pics when I've cleaned it up. Also checked pcv, seems to operate as intended as a one way valve. I'm at a loss to explain why this is happening. Anyone have any other ideas?
  12. Iat sensor is fine there. I have mine there and it only heat soaks if the engine is off. Doesn't take long to go back to normal once driving.
  13. Your thinking is correct but I couldn't tell you which one is at fault. I would probably replace the pump because it's something you would want to do anyway.
  14. My secret weapon. After soaking in this overnight some of those bolts turned by hand. There was still a few though that had me sweating.
  15. Lol, sounds like fond memories. I wouldn't touch another one either unless it's mine. Believe it or not, no cuts on my hands but elbows took a beating. Definitely the shittest job I've ever done on a car, actually timing belt and supplementary auxiliary drive system on an import diesel Toyota estima was almost just as bad. P.s I put a used stock turbo in it, may need to be done again soon. I'll bring it over to you[emoji1]
  16. Slow beating possibly
  17. That pic suggests not enough boost as it was just bent, not a clean break, amateur at best[emoji12]
