Hi all, I know this is a Skyline forum. I know we don't like Supras. But... i really want to buy one. If you have one wasting away or you know of one, please let me know. Must be a Supra RZ, manual. Prefer less modifications as I already have a big number car in the garage. That said I won't rule them out just yet. Ideally my budget will depend on the car, but i'm hoping for a project car for my mates and I to work on. Budget: $20k - 40k. Depending on condition, paperwork, kms etc etc. Thanks. Steve.

Super tempting mate. I'll miss this if it disappears from the forum. Good luck with the sale! -
Looking to get an R34, but got some questions.
Steve85 replied to R34Georgitto's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Forward facing child seats can fit in all models of Skyline Coupe, be it 32, 33 or 34. Have a quick search using the key words "baby seat". https://www.sau.com.au/forums/search/ Good luck! -

@Quicky134 you can narrow it further by looking at this table: http://gtr-registry.com/en-er34-vin-table.php Your car is one of 739 that were produced and the colour was used on 1.98% of the ER34s.

Ok, first up, i know i've been slack adding content here... Life gets in the way of my SAU presence. So I have done a few things with the car since I last posted above. I met up with @Pal while over in Perth. We run a Facebook page and are trying to find all the LMs. I've been to a couple of charity car shows/cars n coffees. I've also been out with my Facebook mates a few times now. And most recently had one of the member take professional photos with my car and a model. Ironically, my mate and I sat and chatted about push bikes for 2.5 hours.I finally washed the car completely. It still had heaps of fingerprint dust all through the car. I've also got aspirations for more parts, starting with a useful stereo as this one is shit, no ok, no suitable, not capable. Shit! Really shit. At full volume it barely covers the noise of the full pumps. Side note, I also joined the Instagram world as LMLimitedSteve so if you want to see more pictures look me up!- 129 replies

I'm lazy... and i'm 31. It's for the R33 LM Limited that i bought a while back. It was the one that nearly got stolen on day 1. So I still have to wait another full year before my 65% discount applies. -
Re: the sitting on the bonnet. My only comment was, please don't burn yourself. (The engine and Turbos had heat soaked the rad and intercooler). No one got burned. I would say all was successful!!!

I just got my car revalued by both Famous and Shannons. Famous were happy to review the documents (theres almost 100) and my online presence for the car. They valued it at 70k with a $1500 annual fee. Shannons would not re-value the car without a whole bunch of specific pictures and details, that I couldn't be bothered completing. I ended up taking the car to them so they could see the car in person. Once I was there it wasn't an issue and they immediately agreed to 80k value. They are much more expensive ($2800 per year) but I don't mind, i'm in it for the agreed value. Truth is I can't replicate the car and the modifications for 80k. But at a least that value would get me a clean one landed and in my driveway. -
Yessssssss! So happy this got found. Was genuinely considering cruising around my area (and yours @mercyseat ) to see if we could spot it. Awesome work. Thanks everyone who assisted and kept their eyes out for this.

This has happened to me with a couple of 6am flights to Sydney or Brisbane (i can't remember which city it was). It doesn't happen often to me (twice now in my work life). It normally is caused by one of two things, delays caused by traffic/weather/maintenance or they have a need for a different plane in the location you are flying to. I've not had my flights moved as far as yours though.Mine are normally shifted by 30 minutes or so.

Well, not to go against the grain, but finding an Uber driver who owns a GTR has been super productive for me! Thanks all.

Steve85 replied to Redknight's topic in General Automotive Discussion
I think the evo would be best, especially if its red... -
Hi all, Serial lurker here, a while back i thought i saw that someone on here was an Uber driver. Is that the case? I'm in need of an Uber next week to airport and would rather use someone off here than a random.

Took the car out to a Skyline Victoria Facebook group cruise. It's a pretty good bunch, with a few kids and a lot of awesome people around. No one spoils it for the rest and we all get on well. I took my daughter in her new car seat. She was mostly excited for snacks that kept coming her way though. We met up in Hallam (SE of Melb) (a few cars were passing by and stopped in, including this R34!): Then we drove through the hills to a place called Kinglake. It was badly effected by a bushfire some years back. They've rebuilt some of the town and have two very important things in my life: A playground with bbqs. E85 Petrol Pump in town! These were some images from a lookout that we stopped at late in the day. And safely home again.- 129 replies

I screwed up big time the other day. A package arrived (a better battery charger/tenderer for my car) and my wife wanted to know where to put it. Me: "oh just put it with all the rest in the office". Her: "the rest?" Me, in my head: "oh shit". She goes and puts the charger on the pile of parts, i've been collecting for a few months, goes back through the credit card, advises me, "you've spent almost $1000 on car parts lately. Haven't you spent enough on that car already?" So there is a temporary ban on me buying car parts right now... no one to blame but myself. "with the rest". Sometimes, I am the most stupid human on the earth!

Hello and welcome. I saw the word wagon and got excited... but we have different wagon. As above, hit up the wagoneers, they are super helpful and should be able to assist. Good luck!
