  1. I have no advice other than read everything you can and make up your own mind. Most people are super helpful, but there's the odd one or two weirdos lurking! Welcome aboard, don't forget to start a build thread so I can follow your progress!
  2. I can't remember the last time I saw a calibra in the wild. Still there's always gran Turismo.
  3. You must have a shed full of cars Birds... winning!
  4. ^that dint you can see is the only damage (within reason) on this pipe and muffler. It could really use a polish and scrub, but is in good condition otherwise. I also have turbo back, and the mid pipe with cat, if you're interested. I may also have a brand new cat in a box somewhere.
  5. Handles. Such a good idea... (facepalm myself).
  6. I see a number of people who miss their evos. I've got my eye on a 6.5 TM edition. Need a car to throw around and not worry about breaking.
  7. I have a Jasma muffler on a 3" pipe. I'll take some pictures if you're interested.
  8. Thanks to everyone for organising this. Much appreciated. Today was a fun day and great drive! 10/10 will drive again!
  9. Here's my "ramps"... Just be careful you don't put he screws through the top of the ramp. (Puncture danger).
  10. Welcome aboard Shane. Sorry to hear about your last car. You'll certainly be able to find the info you need here. Just bear in mind in Aus we call a 240 a 180 when your searching and you'll be alright!!! If you can't find what you need throw up a topic, someone will point you in the right direction for sure.
  11. I don't know personally, but it was my impression that drifting was the most brutal of all the "track car" setups. Dumping the clutch, throwing the car around sideways and running high rpms. I'm not saying don't do it, but I'd expect that every Monday after a session you'll be catching the bus for a day or two. I'd love to see you do it just to see how you go, but I really think you might have troubles. Just my two cents...
  12. Haha self depreciating. You'll be alright, most people on here are good natured. Welcome aboard!
  13. Haha. Driving in Sydney. Yeah you'd have to be crazy!!!
  14. ^Literally where I got my lengths. And a bit I had lying around the house.
  15. Oh dear. You've really got to stop selling cars. these are some fantastic cars, I would love to see any pictures you have of them.
  16. I've got timber for my driveway. You have to reinforce it where it is lowest, and shave the ends so they sit flush against the two ends but they work well. And cost a grand total of $14 and one hour. I should add we also used them for loading and unloading my car onto a trailer. Exactly as described above.
  17. I too had an N13 pulsar, I treated that car like shit. Poor thing it deserved a better owner. I discover that flat shifting at the redline gave you "extra" revs and made the car faster... for a while and than the bottom end bearings were toast. Rebuilt the engine. Ruined the rest of the car with my idiotic driving after that (never crashed it though, that's why I thought I was Schumacher). smh It was one just like this;
  18. Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you're ahead of most people anyway...(certainly ahead of me!) Good to have you.
  19. Nice car. I prefer the looks of this model over the newer ones (all of them). Welcome aboard!
  20. The issue you have described, we had a very similar experience with on an RB30. We found that the fuel pump wasn't working correctly and would not provide enough pressure in the system. Maybe double check that the fuel pressure is where is should be.
  21. @21AZI Ha! I thought your original post was a little blasé. So what is the one you sold? Did you have two R32 GTRs?
