  1. My HICAS actively tries to kill me (random kicks in the steering, rear end is looser than a drunk 18 year old at Ivy). That 1986 shit should go straight in the bin.
  2. Raise your car, it'll handle better. I know from first hand experience 💀 (currently running too-low HKS struts, very stiff but works great at Eastern Creek circuits)
  3. It's usually the simple stuff aye. Don't feel bad, happens to all of us. Just be glad you found it quickly.
  4. my XAV-3000 (or similar) had a 800x480 screen, so the Pioneer cheapie did the job fine. But yeah, let us know how you go. P.S. Wow did they jacked the price up for the Pioneer camera, or is it just me?
  5. I slapped in a $20 Pioneer one a couple of times (came in bundle), did the job fine. But let us know what you end up with.
  6. There are a couple in Facebook groups. Not much activity around here these days sadly.
  7. Don't buy that brand, there are many reports of them bending/snapping. TEIN Flex Z: VSK68-C1SS3 You can find other brands (depending on your location), but don't cheap out on something so vital to safety.
  8. I remember Kenwood and Pioneer having issues back in the day. I stuck with Sony or JVC (only had a couple of swaps, haven't bothered with newer cars).
  9. Get Jesse Streeter to send you these: Tein GSN62-91SS2 And also new strut tops if your ones are old.
  10. JDM tax + GT-R tax I hoped no one paid those stupid prices, but here we are
  11. I'm in the same boat, although much smaller budget. In pursuit for better lap times, I've changed to stiffer coilovers and more aggressive wheel alignment. Makes driving around Sydney shit but handled decently around Eastern Creek (albeit with flogged out bushes). Some days I feel like thrown the Ohlins back on and making it a (somewhat) street friendly car again.
  12. Welcome! Search first, your question is 99% already covered.
  13. Nice, good to see you driving it properly, instead of looking at it haha. BTW you haven't used up all your pads until the fluid comes out
  14. wouldn't it be 8.5"+35? (which is a popular Nissan RWD spec for the front)
  15. ah nice, to re-fill the holes left from moving the poles will cost you +50% council fees from next quarter onwards.
