What are you IATs like on a 3rd or 4th gear pull on a dyno or road? Without data it's just an opinion. (You nearly sound defensive) Most return flow cores have quite a bit of pressure drop, I've witness this on a car I tuned before which had a boost source nipple on the charge pipe from the turbo (from aftermarket pipe work) and one tapped into the post cooler side (used for his EBC). There would always be about a 2~3 PSI difference consistently.

It's not so much the FMIC can go above said power levels, it's more so you need to look at how effective it is at cooling the charged air and how much it can flow. Looking at HP ratings manufacturers randomly put on them is trivial. Standard fuels have much less knock resistance than say E85 or PULP w/ water meth. Hence will knock much easier, running E85 your intake air can be close to 100 degrees without you running into any issues where as if you were just on 98RON you'll run into knock, etc.

Nah, who told you that? Any injector is Nistune friendly, especially on Feature Pack 1 and 2 -
CAS "might" be cooked and the ECU is unable to determine a home signal, i.e. 1x full revolution of the CAS to determine TDC. This could affect your car starting, however without using any tools it might be hard to diagnose. Maybe try record your PowerFC hand controller with a GoPro or phone and see if there's a RPM when the CAS is rotated OR the car is cranked.

You "could" make those baby 570cc work, if you ran water/meth injection as you require less fuel once the mixture is injected -
the last coil pack has been turned around so it clears the covers, however you can see the last connector is too short hence the loom is compressed and sits stupid.

His wiring guy probably needs to learn how to use a ruler or go to Specsavers ?? Never ending saga with this car. Decided to get a decent coil kit, and surprise doesn't fit like a decent kit lol

1250cc are decapped injectors. You're better off with the "1650cc" Bosch injectors which are actually 1550cc (people incorrectly advertise them). They are not modified.

Yeah, heard 95% of his tuning work is on SR20s - not sure why he wants to tune this shit box Not yet, just ironing out some small issues, need to finish off the exhaust then fit a 100mm Plazmaman cooler - then it's show time. I think I'm getting massive fuel pulsation at around 3500rpm which is causing a misfire, however the fuel pressure (logged) doesn't show any fuel pressure fluctuation. Will move the Radium FPD higher up towards the rail and see if that helps.

Hasn't seen any dyno time, but I'm sure no rods will bend #becausebuiltmotor Has pretty relaxed timing of 13 at peak torque and 16 up top at 1.3bar boost. Rev limiter set at 8500rpm ?

I've been told by several people multiple times that Haltechs make motors turn backwards and that you need a pile of boxes to make it work.

Yeah but it's still shit, because I didn't use Pierburg and an Emtron. Nah, it's not race pedigree enough. Doesn't have an BW EFR and a PPG/Samsonas.

No exciting update besides me trimming up the carpet this morning lol. Will get another piece and redo it, this was just a trial run. Kind of tempted to make a new false floor and use marine carpet but yeah a project for 2021.

Exciting when you buy new parts, then try to fit them and realise they don't work LOL PRP R35 Coil Kit - loom doesn't work, Herman changed the design for the kit but didn't get his wiring team to update the harness ? All good, top bloke is sending me a new harness this week.

Herman's design (Platinum Racing Products) fit under the OEM covers as you're supplied with new insulators. Haven't fully fitted mine yet because the harness made was cocked up lol. He reversed one coil but didn't leave enough slack on the harness lololol.. All good, replacement harness out this week.
