Dose, AI didn't make the cut, their surge tanks are too small, look at the volume those pumps take up, damn near the whole canister. I had no choice but to go big spec with aircraft grade alloy and 10L volume.

Gonna be needed to keep the fuel cool when I'm full tilt at wakefield coming in hot through the kink, should help with a bit of weight over the rears to keep me planted.

Micko, no Elixir in main tank, I would of needed a billet cradle for that puppy so for once I didn't spend the dollars. Leaving the Nismo lift pump in there.

A single intank 460 would have been fine considering stock glass gearbox and stock bottom end. ?‍♂️

The car is at insight now to get kuhnerized!

it's the grand daddy s15 this is the result of 8 years of NASA development

basically light years of research to develop the ultimate street S15

feels good to be off the drawing board and in the pilots seat soon

Say hello to 243kw & mountains of 6 speed busting torque Benny!

I reckon NASA would almost consider taking the astronauts out to the lift for the shuttle in this thing mate!

It's gunna be WILD bro!

Imagine doing 0-100 in 4.9 seconds?!

Imagine a guy in a space suit in your drivers seat?!

Imagine if he farted in that space suit in your car in your drivers seat?!

Imagine the stories you can tell your Latina grandchildren in the Favela?!

Exciting times bro....... EXCITING TIMES!

I think you're trying to say you want to buy my leftover fuel system parts....

I give you good deal, as long as you admit I'm the fuel system king.

Haha my fuel system is done. It's only a Pleb spec Radium hanger and twin 525s unfortunately. But it delivers the fuel I require and I don't have a boot full of junk ?‍♂️

Hahaha I love that you can leave this forum for 8 years, and come back to find nothing has changed. GTSBoy is still the crankiest Guru in the RB world, nobody searches before posting, and Benji is still talking shit like no one else can ?

Nah, it was being tuned at a decent shop, it'll be fine. Sure the result won't be earth shattering, but I'd think they'd just cap the power at the obvious safe limits.

Hopefully he didn't say - keep pushing it til it runs out of fuel system 0_0

The EFR speed sensor is the limit not the fuel system (its an obvious Stage 4 1000hp+ setup).

This build doesnt contain the sentence.... "let's play it safe".......

    • There's a good German place in Brisbane if youre up for the drive 😛
    • The German place in Cabramatta was rock solid, fresh pretzel cooked to order back then. Then it went all quiet, after all the poker machines were removed, then I believe it closed for good. I did drive past the other week and noticed outdoor lighting a big screen, but no idea what is there now.
    • Yeah I suspect even if you hold airmass per cycle/cylinder constant if you get too far away from stock you're still going to have problems running the factory tune within the bounds of the factory load scale. Cams, different displacement/rod ratio, etc. I'm just lucky that the GTIII-SS with wastegate boost + CA compliance cats is pretty much equivalent to stock turbos. When I have actual space I can finally get it tuned and modify the fuel system for flex fuel to 100% handle any detonation concerns when cranking the boost to whatever those dinky turbos can put out.
    • I would say no, why, because my daughter, who also lives in Goulburn, hasn't recommended us going there Pity, as we miss all the German joints around in Sydney, actually, the restaurants are the only thing I really miss about Sydney, and a special mention to Ishibanboshi at Bondi Junction, their Kara-age Don is heart cloggingly deliciousness (always added a special boiled egg...or 2) 😋
    • Does that German restaurant still exist in the old place out the NW end of Goulburn? When I say "out the NW end of"...I am really being vague. It was 1997 when I was last there, and the only point of reference I can recall is that it was on the opposite side of the main drag from the big merino. And when I say "opposite side of the main drag", I don't mean "on the main drag". It was either a couple of streets back from there, or might have even been out in the sticks a bit further. Was an old farm building or mill or somesuch. And when I say "the big merino" I might actually be thinking of a completely different part of town, because I just looked on maps and the big bugger is not where I remembered him to be! The food was good, consisting largely of various German mystery-meat sausage/loaf things and kartofflen.
