here you go guys.

BW 8374 1,04

Built head with studs, gasket, springs blah blah

Stock bottom end

HKS 256 drop in cams

CRG split pulse manifold

e85

504kw at 30psi. I told tuner to cap it at 30psi due to stock bottom end. Should see another 30-50kw with 4-5 more psi.

30psi around 4600rpm.

Its a little laggier than my mechanics (he gets 33psi by around 4400rpm), which I think could be due to having a massive 60mm old tech gate or perhaps due to it not being a built motor.

Still a bucket load off fun. Starts to wind up around 3k and really picks up boost 4k

Dyno run below and dyno sheet attached.

I put a thread up asking the Mods to open up the EFR thread again......they just deleted my post.

Seen it. Half the reason why I made this.

Someone had to start it again, lets hope it does not get bogged down with BS ?

But it is hard to find info on the EFRs ?

I think because there are so many build types for Skylines now ranging from stock  to over 3.2Lt , it is also hard to have back to back comparisons.

But from what I can find out,  the EFR8374 will get me going quicker, with a much better transient response and roughly to the same top HP as my PT6266 Gen 2 ?

Hopefully some back to back comparisons :)

Want to see comparison with -5's. LOL, only joking.

It would be good this time if the bullshit comments are kept to a minimum and maybe another thread started for bw only dyno results. Just so there's a place for chit chat and one for results. The old thread did lack results. Just a suggestion. Carry on[emoji106]

Are you running E85?

Good to see this thread back in action!

LOL I have already installed cat doors into the laundry where their kitty litter is, and the sun room, apart from the cat doors there's not going to be any permanent mounted stuff on the interior walls (interior doors are cheap and easy to replace) I will get a outdoor cat cage thingie once I finish the landscaping out back... https://catnip.com.au/ The only off limit areas are the main bedroom and the gym room....but, currently the cats are curled up in bed, in the main bedroom with the Mrs.....LOL, the off limits for the kittens to the main bedroom lasted about 5 minutes with Jackie I currently only have 1 free standing huge cat tree multiple level scratching post thingie in the lounge room, but, I will be getting another one soon now that I'm happy with the furniture layout in the back room and have a perfect spot for it
    • All of this is making it seem clear that running the Coppermix twin was definitely the way to go, especially in hindsight with how insane tariffs have gotten and the strength of the USD vs yen at the time.
    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
