You wont need the z32 afm for that power. Power fc, boost t, 3 inch exhaust and 11-12 psi will get you around 250-260rwhp. An r34 gtt turbo will get you closer to 280. You'll probably need a proper intercooler too. You're in Japan, so parts shouldn't be hard to come by.
-
Can i ask where you are located? If you're in Australia, then nistune is going to be a better solution than an safc and won't cost much either. You just need a factory nissan r32/z32 ecu, probably $100 2nd hand and a new nistune board installed is probably around 4-500 aud. It will plug straight in, no messy wiring and will work well, have modern features and be fully tuneable. Sounds like you've made your mind up but that's my 2c worth. Good luck.

Just got another quote for full comp by enthusiasts.com $650 for $17400 worth of cover. Much betterer.
-
Yeah i have, they're all similarly priced so not worth changing really.
-
Agreed and that's why I've only got tpft on it. Mrs Ford focus titanium as a new car worth 36k was only $500 and funnily has been increasing as the car has aged. We're now around $750 for a 5 yr old 15k car. Damn insurance companies.
-
Just made the phone call. Managed to bump the value up to $9360. That was their max. Cost an extra $44, well worth it. Quoted 1400 for full comp and still wouldn't budge on the max value. So yeah, still best car under 10k[emoji6]

Same Aami tpft. They only charge 250 odd a year but with their latest valuation, I'll be fairly out of pocket if it gets pinched. Im going to have to do some research. At the very least call aami and see if there is any way they'll increase the cover back to 10k. That's a reasonable amount.

According to AAMI renewal letter they're on worth $7500. Down $2500 from last year.

Splitfire or OEM Nissan. -
The motor will have 2 wires coming out of it. Apply 12v+ to 1 and 12v- to the other. If it goes the wrong way, switch the wires around. Unplug the motor first so you don't send 12v to the rest of the wiring loom.
-
To get the window back up, unplug the motor and apply 12v directly to it. Polarity doesn't matter, 1 way will go up, the other will make it go down.

MLS gasket mixing water with oil?
admS15 replied to DropTheClutch's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Its also wise to use copper spray on the gasket, especially when the surfaces haven't been finished to the required spec. Pretty impossible to do on the block deck unless motor is being rebuilt.
