  1. You can't use the Sumitomo bolts because they are M12x1.25mm whereas the Brembo uses 1.5mm pitch. Yes the helicoils can be easily removed.
  2. Standard R32 GT-R rear wing has just the right amount of flap.
  3. Cleaned the IAC/AAC?
  4. Dash aye The coins in my ash tray sometimes make noise if they align themselves into the right formation. I also had stuff in the glove box fighting and carrying on.
  5. You don't have to drill anything. Get M12x1.5mm helicoils and put them on, much easier and less messier. You can either use R33 GT-R bolts or get your own high tensile ones (M12x1.5mm, 45mm long I believe, I put 40 and 50mm on mine, both fine). As mentioned, the rotors are all the same for R32-R34 Brembo except rear R34 V-Spec (not relevant to you).
  6. The ball screw things which goes on the guards are too tall.
  7. RHDJapan Jesse Streeter
  8. 2L turbo rear wheel drive. I don't know why Hyundai isn't pushing this here.
  9. Had lunch at Chur Burgers again today, yum.
  10. Update on this. I tracked down a pack of 10 helicoils (M12x1.5) from Total Tools in Liverpool (Weatherill Park didn't have as many metric ones). I got high tensile bolts from Supercheap ($1/packet sale woo!). Brembos are on the car and going great.
  11. Top should be up/down and the bottom should be left/right (more like diagonal). This is based off R31/R32 headlights but shouldn't be any different for R33.
  12. Missing the adjusters (screw looking things)?
  13. Yay something that should have been done 15 years ago. Will probably cost $20 one way, but whatever, at least they're getting somewhere. The current M5 widening is taking very long, do they have a crew of 5 doing all the work? This will take 20 years to complete and cost 9,001 billion dollars. I would be happy to use it though, although the road will probably turn into a testing ground in 6 months time (like most Sydney roads end up).
  14. fatz put same spec wheels on his 33R with 285/30/18 tyres. Perfect fit.
  15. About $45-50k if it's in good nick. But depends on how good the car's condition is (chassis, rust, accident repairs, engine work, interior, etc etc). Check out the "VINS you want FASTed" thread and have the VIN checked out.
  16. -2° front and -1.5° rear on my car. Front obviously wear the inside but the rears wears down evenly. If you like to push it a bit around corners (as I like to do) then -1.5° should be fine. If you're just putting around in your car then -1° is about as much as you want to run. Note that toe can also affect wear patterns.
  17. Wow I didn't know you can get that much negative camber from height drop. You might have aftermarket arms (have a look). -2deg is the most you would want to run on the street. You can add more toe in for more contact patch. But if you're daily driving it, better off bringing it out to -1.5 Have a look here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/409304-installing-front-camber-arms-and-radius-rods-r34/
  18. Get someone else to do the physical work. Full tank it with 98RON fuel.
  19. I ordered a new one and am waiting for it to arrive. You can have my old one (R32 GT-R). One clip is broken the rest are fine.
  20. Well done, another great effort by you. Looks bad arse awesome
  21. I only use the dark theme, and see what you see. The white circles (new posts since last read) was fixed.
  22. Any of the Premium oils will work fine with your car.
  23. Put fresh fuel in it. Clean injectors, change filters. Reset computer.
