  1. I've had a few things come from Havoc (I'm in Sydney), although they were gate welds, exhaust manifold mods, etc. and no cracks.. and these cars get punished in the track. Haven't gotten a full exhaust or anything yet, however I can't imagine the quality being that bad.
  2. Yep, he modded my stock manifold too, still retains some elements of a twin scroll manifold which no one has ever attempted to do. Managed to find an extra 40kW on the same turbo (kinda, same comp wheel slight different rear). Too bad he and his team are in Melabourne and not in Sydney
  3. would get a Havoc fabrications "off the shelf" exhaust which is pretty much custom but without the homo step downs... and it's off his jig.
  4. Had a HKS Priest so called "3.5" cat back, had 2x fuarking step downs. It met the drop saw.
  5. custom, off the shelf is only great for stock turbos.
  6. he lives in Hong Kong.. Chan Ho Nam and his boys be at him with machetes
  7. Looks great with real wheels, #realwheelssavelives
  8. A1RM are 780 degree pads these are 800 degrees. So based on my previous bad experiences with A1RM these pads are 2.6% better (based purely on the max operating temperature, yes very biased way of looking at them).
  9. ^ he speaks the truth, now imagine that 13 row cooler on a GTR.
  10. but most of the stuff on the Z-Tune isn't available to purchase..
  11. probably came out of the same china factory, rather get Setrab or Mocal and have money left over for cocaine and hookers
  12. most Nismo shit is literally just shit
  13. get bigger, 13 row oil cooler on a high powered car on a track is useless
  14. only if done right.. and 9/10 times it is done wrong... Most owners just hard wire their fans OR use shitty fan controllers that turn off and on constantly like a strobe light.. followed by those who just hook it up to their OEM overheat fan relay/thermoswitch. You need a proper fan controller either a standalone unit OR through your car's aftermarket ECU to set OFF and ON points followed by some form of hysteresis - only then would that be consider an appropriate installation.
  15. Did you set off the ABS a few times? I found that mine felt a bit "VN Commodore like" till I hit the ABS a few times then re bled
  16. I would go 43mm, more cooler is better than less cooling..
  17. here's my adventures with sidefeeds... started off "ok", ended up hating them to bits: http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2441472
  18. nope, don't like their welds but they're massive up your way, Ryan Tuerck uses them... if you're bored... go compare the welds on a Plazmaman FMIC and a Mishimoto
  19. Don't do it.. you'll hate yourself. Nismo 740s or straight to top feeds. You can fit top feeds under the stock plenum without any issues if you're using 1/2 height injectors. http://www.trak-life.com/diy-converting-top-feed-injectors-r33-gts-t-skyline-rb25det/
  20. Worn upper mount rubbers will attribute to fans kissing the radiator shroud at high RPM & high vehicle speed.
  21. Just make sure the surge tank has been anodised properly. I believe the likes of Aftermarket Industries and Radium both state their tanks are 100% E85 compatible. I've got several mates (mainly in the EVO game) running these surge tanks with just plain old boring $10 Ryco fuel filters with no issues what so ever. Then again, like myself they always blend in 98RON when the car will be sitting around for long periods.
