  3. You want a Plazmaman cooler?
  4. Hahah yeah mods tend to be know it alls. Won't name names here but you know what I mean too lol
  5. Looks like a 2 way but when you look at it long enough it starts to morph into a 1.5way lol
  6. Looks like a Kaaz Looks like mine too, here's an article I wrote a while back http://www.trak-life.com/basic-introduction-helical-torsen-viscous-mechanical-limited-slip-differentials-lsd/
  7. dose is on point though, but auto makes it sound a bit aids lol
  8. Weird how the battery has been ok, till when I decide to go grocery shopping. Lucky enough bumped into my mate, also grocery shopping lol. Clearly the ladies in both our families aren't trained well.
  9. A bit of raw data from the car, we can see it's making boost within 200ms or so from gear changes. Not bad transient response It's no EFR or GTX but for what it is it will make many GT-R owners with twins pretty sad lol Haven't had the chance to give it a full belt and do logs because of the long weekend
  10. Ordered 2x 3.5" v bands, came next day.. Woo! (One pictured) More exhaust mods, 3.5" into a 3" axle back isn't going to be optimal for 400kW+ worth of exhaust flow. Gotta open up that shit
  11. Straight up convert to top feed, use 1/2 height injectors that are stainless. The Bosch 1150cc (at 4 bar) are unmodified. Just don't use the bottom collar. These injectors are commonly referred to as Seadoo Injectors. At 3bar they're 980cc. Or get a set of Siemens DEKA V 80lb (~875cc) short stainless injectors and a normal top feed rail. All you need to do is trim the spacers to suit. Will fit snug underneath the stock plenum too and provide you years of endless joy.
  12. Might as well build the motor OR do a cheapy reliable rebuild with RB25DET NEO pistons & rods. Just slap in new bearings, new rod bolts, and a set of billet oil pump gears. Motor would be great for 400kW day in and out! If you're keen, I have left over seals and stuff plus a full set of pistons, rods, head bolts, bits & bobs here and there that you can take for $200.
  13. Garage 88 is good, but the owner there can be a total cnut - but that aside you can tell them exactly what you want dialled in. Alternatively you can go to JAX Liverpool, Kieran (ex G88 OG wheel alignment guy) works there and will do track alignments if you book. Another place that is ok is BT Motorsports aka Bridgestone Select in Smithfield. John the owner used to compete in Targa Tasmania and will get one of his workers to dial in the suspension for track/street, etc. however there's 1x young fella that is hopeless, make sure you get the 40 ish year old guy with tatt sleeves on each arm to do it
  14. How much boost, what turbo is on your mate's car? I've thrown out 3 sets of rainbow coloured coilpacks from people's cars i've tuned. My own car, I've cooked 2 out of 6 YJs.. replaced them with 2x new ones, guess what - the others died. Bit the bullet and bought brand new original/genuine Splitfires. Old motor had 1.8bar of boost into it, zero misfires. So up to you, you sound like you know what is best for your car
  15. Sounds like your mate may have purchased fake Splitfires. Those Red, Yellow, Black (trying not to discriminate) eBay coil packs won't perform once you start to go above stock boost. Ask any tuner, and I'm sure they won't have anything positive to say.
  16. I believe the 1550cc aka 1650cc (at 4bar) are more so a pencil stream injector so it wouldn't matter too much. I've tried to look for spray pattern videos or photos but didn't find any solid evidence of the spray pattern. In saying all this, I can safely say the 1550cc Bosch injectors actually run very well, dare say better than my old 875cc Siemen DEKA V (stainless shorties). However many variables such as an old tired motor, non NEO head and stock vs non stock parts. Still same ECU.
  17. The tips are milled off, they even clearly state that in their listings. At least they're honest!
  18. Did you not read what I said about the Z32? Install a R35 AFM, especially because you have the option and choice to
  19. Not at all, and you can set it when it comes off/on as well! Injectors can be scaled via a Total Injector Multiplier (TIM), R35 AFM all listed in the AFM setup (can even choose tube size). Full flex and even reverse flex too, ie compensation tables pull timing not add. This means you can have a primary E85 map and a map that has timing pulled with fuel pulled depending on concentration. Lastly you can even adjust the blend curve too for both ignition and fueling.
  20. Nah Nistune works Tao, if you're using a R32 one with the latest feature pack. Does flex, controls VCT
