  1. If you're keen, I might be selling my Adaptronic 440 Select Plug-in as I would like to move to another ECU. Before anyone goes in and says don't blame the tools, etc. I personally just like Haltech more and it can run DBW.
  2. Without an idle correction rate vs. timing compensation table, getting the car to idle this smoothly wasn't easy! Had to pull a few Microtech tricks haha
  3. Gifts run pre Lunar New Year (yes I'm Asian and no I won't go back to my country becasue I'm already here ?). Still no time to throw it on the dyno yet but AFRs are in the low 11s and timing isn't anywhere even barely close to a stock map (actually used my old map and flatten the timing due to cams).
  4. Also depends on how much boost you want to play with - all a balancing act at the end of the day. ID1700X if you baller 1550cc Bosch Motorsports if you're willing and 1250cc modified Bosch injectors if you're a bit strapped for cash lol
  5. On inspection, purely to cool the upper area of the manifold, provide water to the bleeder and the turbo. You could go without feeding it any water and deleting the bleeder and sourcing the water elsewhere
  6. High chance that's stock pressure Paul, if they were at 3.5 or even 4 bar you would be at like 50~60% DC haha Downside to higher pressure, the car won't idle too nicely on 98RON as the IPW is so low - but then again as Paul would say it's commuter fuel.
  7. More like needs a working tacho Hahah.. At present rev limiter is at 8300rpm soft cut and 8500rpm hard cut. #becausehonda
  8. Keys were handed to a mate whilst it was in New Delhi. Safe to say the clutch, gearbox and engine seem to be working well.
  9. Decided to update my spreadsheet, turns out "cheap shit box project" isn't so "cheap" after all.
  10. A smart corporate girl wouldn't take a $1000 diamond ring, would need an extra 0.
  11. Useless information to add (might be useful to someone) R34 RB25DET NEO motor heater core hoses fit on a R33 heater core, as in they're the same size & roughly same location.
  12. Agreed, even a Golf TSI (non-GTI) MKVI would be better.
  13. Took @Piggaz for a spin yesterday, he confirmed dose was there and sounded gay LOL.. also confirmed single turbos are better than twins LOL
  14. for $7k I would go buy a Mazda 3 BK SP23 or even Sports MAXX Light years ahead of the R32 RB20DE, safer, quieter, faster, everything better, dual zone climate control.
  15. some Series 1 came with a single airbag & ABS
  16. Maybe use a normal MAC valve, can't imagine that BW valve being any good.
  17. Belongs in the bin, especially when Nistune is so well equipped and well priced.
  18. try dumping your wastegate to atmosphere and see how you go, i.e. remove the plumb back. And why not 20psi? even stock cars run that now
  19. do you have a wideband? see what the AFRs are like when it' idling with the AFM disconnected. Generally it should sit close to low 11s, high 10s as it's in limp mode. If it's leaner than that, squeeze in more fuel pressure and then try to start it with the AFM plugged in
  20. pressure drop is normal if there isn't a check valve in place. So let me get this right. You have: RB20DET ECU RB20DET sensors & loom RB20DET AFM RB26DETT Injectors No resistor pack installed on the +VE side of the power going to the injectors
  21. I'm assuming you're running the RB26 injectors on a RB20 ECU? Are you running the resistor pack? Also to ghetto it, as the ECU assumes there are RB20 injectors in the car, lower your base fuel pressure to like 2 bar or so. See if that starts
