Because you're running water/meth with those timing figures, you'll fine Hard to purely say from timing numbers without a few dyno runs to determine the finer detail.

I always like to tune dose to boost ratio, add boost to gain maximum dose. Once you've reached maximum dose turn it down 2x points.

fuel pump on switch idea isn't smart. I would use the ECU to trigger your fuel pump, so when the motor isn't turning the pump stops.. good for when there's a crash, and a fuel line ruptures etc. and there's no fuel being pumped everywhere

Best option for you is a HyperGear High Flow turbo. Bolt off, bolt on and screw in more boost* *all supporting mods.

That is NOT a condenser fan, there is no relationship to the AC system. Many however bridge their AC to kick off the over heat fan when the AC is triggered.

What's your Base gate pressure? Maybe you need to throw in a few more springs

Lol.. old Nissan ECUs are very basic, the only "tuning" it can do is closed loop feedback on the narrowband and even that's primitive unlike WRX ECU which uses the factory wideband to trim fuel Unlike EVO ECUs and even they don't "self tune", but run multiple maps one for low octane and high, naturally moving from high to low on knock.
