Dumb rich kid tries modding for the first time
Dose Pipe Sutututu replied to Hexi's topic in Introduce yourself
If you are keen, have a look at my build thread. Car is for sale for the right money or straight swap for a F80 M3 LCI. -
Don't think I even need a super charger to be honest. Moving to a G35-900, would easily go over 500kW and also come on earlier. Bosch Motorsport ABS would be amazing, and weld in proper side intrusion bars. I feel unsafe in the shit box on the street. Way too many numpties where I live, accidents daily.

@robbo_rb180 I already have a NEO head on the shitbox 😎 Just needs beehive springs so I can rev it past the 8600 rpm limiter, then again pointless too, turbo is out of puff lol. Wen da gods let me win lotto eh?
-
I love all these features, has saved me running over numerous dogs, humans on phones jay walking and changing lanes into a Ferrari that literally was so low I missed in my side mirrors.
-
Hell yeah, NEO head ftw! Also you and Brad probably bought all the spare NEO heads lying around and drove the price of them right into the stratosphere lol.
-
haha this shit box doesn't drink coolant, for now Let me guess, they make heaps of power, use the car for straight line driving and don't care about noise
-
I'm more inclined to fit a ZF8HP to the shit box, just because it's nicer to drive and has much more capabilities than a sequential dog box. However, low chance of either, too much effort and money lol

knowing me, I will have a moment & end up doing something stupid, like spend more money on this shit box

RB25DET NEO Cylinder Head
Dose Pipe Sutututu replied to BOLGE's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Keep us posted with photos too. I'm wondering if the ported NA head is just as effective as the turbo head (when all things are ported equally). Wouldn't mind a spare NEO head. -
That's an idea, like an exhaust flap. But yeah nah, spent too much money on this shit box.
-
So good putting the valve/flap on the catch can. My clothes don't smell like shit anymore. Tempted to fully seal the catch can for daily use and feed all the crank case fumes back into the intake and expose the vent only when on the race track. Took my daughter to go visit her grandmother, now she's making spooling noises in the car lolol.

Oil pan for RB25DET NEO Stagea "version"
Dose Pipe Sutututu replied to Kapr's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Or just put in a 1JZ, and sell me the NEO head 😎 -

Not at all, pure street use, touge, even drag strip and you'll be fine There's a larger version of it too, however would be overkill for your application. If you do plan on using that sump, might as well fit a headdrain/crank case vent to help alleviate crank case pressure. Your mechanic will also notice you cannot re-use the AWD windage trays on the motor too, as it fouls with the AWD -> RWD sump. However given your usage, you'll be fine. -

If you have a RB25DET NEO AWD motor, you will need this: https://www.hioctanedirect.com/ASR-RB26-RWD-Street-Comp-6.5L-Sump-Suit-R32/33/34-and-VL It is made for the AWD motor, but makes it fit a RWD setup and gives you a new pickup. Just one thing, the pickup sits quite forward, compared to a conventional RB25DET RWD motor. This may or may not have contributed to my previous AWD -> RWD shitting the bed at the track. -
Brake lights staying on.

Ahh Nissan things doing Nissan things. https://www.efisolutions.com.au/brake-pedal-stopper-s14-s15-r33-r34-v35-z33-wc34-a -
at least on E85 you would get about 450km per tank... if that's some kind of unit of measure.
