    Why are you buying Subaru wheels? Look at the crapload of posts here. No one has put 17x8 +32 all round because that's a very rare size these days. As mentioned, GT-R was a popular wheel choice, which is 9" +30. Look on willtheyfit and use your imagination (since you don't want to use a tape measure).

    The JASMA mufflers will obviously have restrictors, but OP is after sound upgrade, so 2nd hand JASMA cat-backs shouldn't be out of the picture. Don't get X-Force though. Get two fat mufflers and get an exhaust shop to install it as GTSBoy said.

    The offset is too low for the front I believe. Use the website willtheyfit and put in your current setup, get the measurements, grab a tape measure and see the difference for yourself.

    Those 400R wheels are 18x10 +20, with those wheel arch lip things. You don't need spacers. If you want a more flush look, run 285 wide tyres and wind out the upper arms for less negative camber. Or, sell your wheels and get 10.5 +12 ones. Messing around with spacers is frowned upon. But hey, you car, your money, you do what you want.
