  1. I think people commonly go for a Sinco or 6boost manifold when going single but spacers will work for you.
  2. Try the relevant thread at the top of the Suspension Braking and Tyres section.
  3. As above you need to be a bit more scientific. Clearly you can't rely on your fuel gauge so you need to fill your tank to the top, record the km and then next time you fill it calculate the litres per 100km. What are all the things you did to improve economy? New spark plugs and coils? Check brakes for binding? Check timing? Did the mechanic put an AFR meter on and if so what were the numbers (or do you have a wide band installed)?
  4. Have a look at at the Nitto range...from the NT05 to the Invo and those in between.
  5. Limp mode could be a number of things not related to the throttle - problems with the auto trans, AFM, google for possible causes.
  6. Ref the Link forum or ring or email Link directly.
  7. He's asking for a link to a wiring diagram.....
  8. Stock internals, just rings bearings and con rod bolts. RB 25DET head retaining the VCT. Link ECU in the original case. Because the Stagea was AWD I got an R33 GTR gearbox but big box RB25 would be fine for 2wd. Stock manifolds would be fine for 500hp+
  9. Possibly taking advice... I suggested an RB30 would be much cheaper and better! (BTW an RB30 fitted under my Stagea bonnet even with a top mount with no lowering of engine mounts necessary).
  10. Wow at that price why would you even think of buying 2?
  11. They are expensive because they are light weight forged wheels. Get on the Rota or similar websites and you should find something you like.
  12. You can usefully start the oil control thread from the middle. As above forget about the so-called "head drain" crank case breather is where its at.
  13. If you really want a Skyline just be patient and keep looking for a better one.
  14. Supposing you are talking about a C34 Stagea then it depends on whether it is a 2wd or awd. In general you just need to bolt on the rotors and calipers. There may be minor adjustments with bolt sizes and pipe fittings but its doable. In the rear you may need to trim the dust shield.
  15. Why not follow the instructions? But have you got an aftermarket ECU? I would use that to control boost.
  16. I wouldn't have thought so. Didn't have one on my RB30DET. The design of my catch can would have worked against sucking out oil...my exhaust didn't smoke and my sump didn't empty.
  17. Whatever it is you won't be needing that hose will you? Rocker cover to air/oil seperator thence to turbo intake will be all new hoses
  18. The suppliers seem to have it sorted. Just tell them its for an R34 GTR and it looks as though they can supply the correct parts.
  19. Look in the Stagea section DIY for how to change all of your trans fluid. You will need about 12L. Its not high skill just tedious and potentially messy. The filter is a metal item so you can just take it out and clean it and put it back. There are magnets at the bottom of the pan so if a lot of metal fragments are stuck to them you might need to look for another box or start that manual conversion.
  20. Hey this is via internet as well. Yes to mirror image. Your R34 diagram is correct. My one says where you have trigger 1 = 1deg where you have trigger 2 = 120deg BTW if you search (via Google ) you should be able to find a downloadable R33 manual.
  21. Get a 6ah battery. I used to think that they just lasted longer but they also have more oomph (torque). Not sure what nut you are trying to undo though....
  22. Welcome to Skylines Australia...but isn't there a Holden forum somewhere you could join?
  23. What do you use your car for? No I haven't used those cams but I would expect that with tuning you will get a small power increase with the power shifted to the right (higher revs) so great for track car or drag car but probably a downgrade for a street car. I would think 750bhp on a 2wd car would keep your wheels spinning already!
