  1. I have Toyota H11 projectors laying around, which are pretty decent. You can run an adapter plate (D2S → H1), it's not too shabby with the output. You'll have to make it yourself (something I'll do one day, when I stop being so lazy). https://www.hidplanet.com/forums/forum/showoff/output-shots-beam-pattern-pictures/1440683-md2s-with-h1-halogen I found with an old Morimoto min H1 (5.0 I think), H1 halogen bulb wouldn't fit in it (makes sense, it's not designed for a halogen bulb, it's designed to take an aftermarket H1 HID bulb). So might as well go D2S
  2. That's interesting. Any audio/vid?
  3. You won't be using the standard halogen bulbs. You're completely changing the setup. Get D2S projectors, use quality bulbs and ballasts (e.g. Osram CBI + DLT F3 Faststart). Don't bother with Mini H1 as that'll be inferior. https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/93963-xenon-hid-lights-conversion-for-r32/

  5. Screamers sound like arse.
  6. Contact your state's (QLD?) representative.
  7. I wonder if a VR30 will fit...
  8. Look on Youtube on how to bake open headlights (or use a heat gun). Your lights should be sealed with butyl so they're quite easy to take apart. Your other task will be to find replacement front lens (or make your own).
  9. Yeah but your GTS-t isn't worth $50+k on the current market Chop away!

  11. Rules require you to put a price up.
  12. If you feel bad, watch Nakai cut up some Porsches.
  13. All Japanese cars come with 180 km/h clusters. Special models like Nismo, Autech etc. may have more (e.g. R32 GT-R Nismo has 260 km/h).
  14. Eh? I thought they closed down all the refineries in Australia already.
  15. I renewed mine online yesterday, no issues.
  16. Ah crap, I have a sticker for you. I'll bring it over some day.
  17. Typical tyre shop, throw the wheels on and gun tight it. Who gives a shit about using the correct torque. At least your car isn't a Subaru, I had to replace one stud per hub on my Liberty.
  18. Keep looking. Always check the underside and boot of a car.
  19. Best way to avoid accidents is to remove the dumb meatbags behind the wheel (a.k.a. fully autonomous vehicles, but we don't have the roads for them). Operating a complex 1.5t machine should not be taken lightly, yet people are licensed to drive quote easily (as we've all experienced), without retesting.
  20. What I experienced on my friend's Evo, Blues were quite comfortable.
  21. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Motors_streetcar_conspiracy I believe that, why would you rip up existing electric street cars (trams) and replace them with diesel burning buses in the city? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
  22. I believe that Engineering Explained guy has one of those quick lifts. I want one
  23. Yeah we had to pick up the fat book with coloured pages, contained categorised ads for businesses. Now you can just press a button on your phone and say "em cee ay" and it'll give you all the information you need.
