  1. Hello, Selling my brand new harness to fit RB25DET S1/2 and OEM injectors, great for those running Nismo injectors OR those who just want to get a new harness, lop off the ends and fit EV1, UScar plugs, etc. for their new injectors. Beats using your harness that's as old as you are or older. This exact one: https://www.wiringspecialties.com/wsrbinhabrne.html Location: Cabramatta, NSW 2166 Price: 1x slab of Fak Yak or Wild Yak or Stone & Wood Pacific Ale or Little Creatures, etc.
  2. I would give the Project Mu HC+ (not the HC800 junk that's sold here in Australia, they're made in Thailand) a go @MrRx7s3 Fantastic pad, a bit pricey but they stop and can be easily taken on the track. And I highly advise with turning pads around.
  3. He just wanted an American to confirm, doesn't trust us Aussies, just the same way we don't trust their BS dyno readings
  4. HP, kW, Shaft speed are great numbers, but those numbers are completely useless if you can't back it up with solid time slips OR eye popping lap times.
  5. true, these days you'll get smoked by a Golf R with just bolt ons and reflash
  6. @WantGTR is a firm believer of the GTX3584RS, maybe that's a good option.
  7. GTX3584RS will do 300kW to 600kW
  8. All good, there are other brands and products that do similar. I bulk bought like 12 bottles of Lucas Ethanol Stabiliser back in the day so that's all I know lol
  9. Baller! That's dash money there But does look good, especially if you're going for that stock cabin look.
  10. Way too cool, keep up the good work!
  11. Should upload it to youtube, but don't make it public and copy/paste the link here
  12. GTX3576R over GTX3076R, you need to get the air that you've pumped in out somehow.
  13. I hope you run the likes of Lucas Ethanol Stabiliser to keep those injectors happy, if not they will seize up after a period of time, another option is to run a flex setup and every once in a while run a full tank of 98RON. (speaking from experience - had 1200cc "JECS" which are just decapped, re-manufactured OEM injectors)
  14. Not sure what's with your attitude but I've got a fairly large turbo on a 2.5L motor and I'm making 1.3bar at 4300rpm and 1bar at 4000rpm. Mind you these were runs in 2nd gear down a road, once I've got time to tune the car it will be coming on much earlier when it's loaded up in 4th gear on the dyno.
  15. Longer duration cams also doesn't magically "help you make boost sooner and better" Cam duration actually changes the torque characteristics of the motor. I would get a Sinco manifold over the CRG one and get a proper twin scroll manifold, with a proper twin scroll rear housing on your turbo.
  16. Problem with AFMs, by cracking the lid you may have changed the characteristics of how the air was passed through the units resulting in different calculations. Another reason why pod filter companies cab claim their pods make so much more power etc. when you remove your stock airbox (on modern cars that is, older cars actually did have restrictive designs).
  17. Wow, that is sex spec, even Queen Street Plumbing will get jealous. I hope it graces the PlumbingSalon magazine next edition
  18. It's a building forum, didn't you know? Somehow we've saturated it with car talk. Need to go back to our roots:
  19. The joys of owning a 90s JDM car lol All this work and a BMW 135i with a reflash will be faster (I'll stop talking about Golfs because people get upset). Don't worry, I'm just as delusional, I built a R33 I hate driving.
  20. The beauty of RBs, you can do the headstuds with the cams still in place! So do the studs now, do the valves/springs/stem seals another time!
  21. Mark at MRC or Mitch at Maatouks or Benny at Benchmark for tuning.
  22. Man that G30 770 really stands out, small comp wheel, loads of flow. Maybe in 2020+ will be all about that G-Series and not EFR anymore
