M35 torn inner CV boot and rear subframe question Hi guys - hope you're all well! Loving my PNM35 so far and finding for the most part it's been quite reliable and easy to maintain. Just run into my first proper problem though with a torn front inner CV boot. Has anyone fixed these with aftermarket before or is it best to get the Nissan part? Is it the same part as the rear inner CV boot?! Also attached a few pics of my rear subframe. I've noticed when I jack up the car the rear subframe moves down quite a lot - is this normal? I didn't want to go wrenching on it to try and tighten it right up if it's meant to have this kind of movement but it seems like an awfully big gap. Other than recently replacing my rear calipers it's just been basic maintenance and I've just got the odd suspension squeaks and rattles to hunt down. Either loose top mounts on my rear shocks or worn anti roll bar links or bushing I'm thinking.

Hello. I have a R34 GTT and because reasons, I need to maintain stock geometry. However, I can change the geometry. I have a few questions. 1) Can I get a non HICAS subframe and bolt everything from the GTT subframe into said subframe? 2) What parts of said subframe determine whether the rear shocks can be fork or eyelet type? I do not want to change from current fork type because I would like to keep my coilovers. My ultimate goal is to convert my current car into having stock rear toe arms I can set with an adjustable whiteline bush for configurable toe. Answers to inevitable questions: I have a HICAS eliminator kit already. I can not use this. The diff has to come out because reasons anyway. The tailshaft is removed for reasons anyway as is the exhaust. There's not much in the way of removing the subframe. I would also like to put every bush known to man into whatever subframe (i.e the R34 non HICAS one) goes back into the car. Is there a kit for this? I don't know the names of every bush that is on every site and this is quite confusing to me. I do have *some* bushes already. Can I re-use these? I have pineapples, and rear camber adjustment for the current uprights in the GTT. How much of this can be re-used? OPTION 2: Buy HICAS parts and put into GTT subframe. Surely no one wants option 2. I searched, oh god I searched but I'd like confirmation before I buy a subframe I can't use, or one that requires me to replace my diff, or axles, or coilovers or buy whiteline bushes I already own. I would much rather put HICAS back in than do that.

Sooo, I hope someone of you have done this and can give me some advice. The R32 subframe got 4 bolts for the front of the rear diff, will probably just move the R32 part over to the S15 subframe (cut and weld). But how about the other reinforcement in front of the R32 front bushes? And the overall feeling is that the R32 subframe looks stronger. Any thoughts and advices, let me have them

Hi guys, I just came across a complete front subframe assembly for an r34, the title of the ad just says r34 so I’m presuming it’s a coupe. I have an R33 at home and was wondering if the r34 front subframe assembly will bolt straight into the r33. Im looking to do this with relatively little modification of its needed, also does anyone know if it will throw off the geometry of the car or if it’s okay to be doing this. R33 front subframe in R32 Has anyone bothered to swap the front subframes when carrying out an RB25 swap in an R32? Are there any known benefits in regards to engine position?

I had a workshop look over the car to inspect a clunk in the driveline as described here. Apparently it's a combination of the following: Shot diff bushes (upper & lower) Worn tie rod ends Worn ball joints HICAS - needs a lock bar Apparently the diff bushes is a subframe out job, is this right? I also read that it's a prick of a thing to do in an R33, is it the same for R34's? Is there any hope to do this at home or too hard basket? I've replaced a few of metal sleeved factory bushes before and getting them out sucks bigtime If it's a workshop thing, what's the approximate labour? Should I do subframe bushes at the same time? Apparently there's a whole fruit platter you can chuck in there, no idea what them pineapples do...

Hey guys I've managed to hit a lovely pothole off centre and broken this part; (in saying that it may of been previously damaged by the last owner, as its had a pretty easy life in my hands!) Whats the fix? New subframe, or something else? Cheers guys!

Subframe bush issues Hi All, I just noticed an issue with my subframe a few months after installing it (i'm led to believe its been like this since installed) - When I jacked up the diff the subframe moved upwards to the body revealing a 10mm gap between the bushing and the bolt at all 4 corners. If I lower the diff while the car is on stands you can see the subframe hangs with the same gap but up the top. The bushings used are Superpro ones and there are no lock collars installed. I'm not sure if I'm missing something but surely there shouldn't be this gap. For what it's worth this is an R33 GTST and I know someone with an R32 GTST with the same problem. Can anyone please help me work out why this is like this? I've put some pics below to help show what I mean
