This post was updated on: 01/06/2017: This thread is here providing information on our high flowed or built turbos as well as installation and trouble shooting. I'm happy to help or assist with every one who is currently using or looking to purchase our products or services. Brief Introduction about our selves: We are Australian based turbocharger manufacture in Melbourne, We worked with experienced and skilled local engineers to produce our goods and we've been doing that since Oct 2007. We constantly update our production turbochargers and will do our best deliver value to our customers. My name is Stao you can PM or contact 0413457185 if any assistance is required. For our High flowed RB25 Turbos, they comes in 21U or OP6 from factory. The 21U rear housings are smaller can capable of 430HP after high flowing, and larger OP6 are capable of doing around 460HP. PU high flow option is available for any one chasing for 450 to 500HP. They are built with a larger .82 internally gated turbine housing with Nissan OEM bolton pattern, braided oil feeding line and a high pressure actuator. Below is the Rb25det Hitach turbo high flow catalog with few dyno sheets. ATR43SS is a OEM replacement powered up turbocharger built for RB20/25DET R32, R33 and R34 GTST and Stegea models. They are T3x based with OEM dump pipe pattern. This series is specifically engineered for speed with smooth street driving ability. ATR43 is a OEM replacement powered up turbocharger built for RB20/25DET R32, R33 and R34 GTST and Stegea models. They are T3x based comes in .63 and .82 turbine housing with OEM dump pipe pattern. Power is rated from 450HP to 600HP depends on profile chosen. Initial release date: 24/08/2009: We also carry out turbocharger repairs, housing/CHRA modifications and high flow services for All Garrett, HKS, Mitsubishi, Toyota, KKK and Made in China turbochargers. Important Installation Notes for RB2xdet Highflowed and PU units: Sleeve bearing turbochargers requires higher volume of oil flow, are sold with 50cm long braided oil feeding line line that replaces the standard oil restrictor in side factory oil lines, 12mm benjo bolt, and a M12x1.25mm speed flow adaptor. The adaptor goes onto the engine block, benjo bolts goes into the bearing housing with hollow screw supplied. 3x copper washers are required during installation, Which we can supply them for $9 additional or can be purchased at local auto stores. Factory water lines: T3x bearing housing used are 3mms shorter then OEM Hitachi's bearing housings. Means water lines needs to be very slightly bent / forced backwards. Stock actuator: We normally modify the factory actuator's fitting bracket allowing it for a bit of preloading. The actuator bracket bolt wholes has to be filed 5mms towards the turbine housing if not received with the turbo or getting fitted by others. Once done it can be adjust and pre-load ensuring the waste gate is 100% shut. For PU high flowed and ATR43 units with larger Diameter turbine housings, the engine side water line needs to be slightly bent / altered around the housing area. Installing ATR43 turbocharger: ATR43 units generally runs on a round 3inches inlet and round 2 inches out let. It is highly recommended to run a metal intake pipe. How ever if you wish to bolton to stock gears you need: 1x 3inch straight hose, 1x 2.5inch metal sleeve, 1x 2inches 90 degrees hose, 1x 2inches metal sleeve. We can supply all those parts for $100 extra. Tip for a easy installation would be removing the actuator with bracket pre-installation, that would allow lot more room for your tools to reach the manifold studs, and install the actuator and bracket back on after the rest of the installation is complete. Make sure the actuator is preloaded by roughly 3mms. Since larger turbine housings are used, due to larger physical size most of them would be taller then stock pushing the exhaust back by roughly 15mms. Most cars would be running an aftermarket exhausts, depending on the angle of the pre-made dump / front pipe, check the clearance between that to the Air-con water drain pipe. If fouls, simply by pulling it back with zip ties and secure it on the chassis. After turbo installation do check pressure leaks ( I can make you a simple plug with a hose nipple for $50). Turbo will not perform if there are leaks. 2. Most of our turbos are installed with a 18psi high pressure actuator. by pass all boost controlling devices on test run, Boost gain from EBC based on stock actuator will cause massive boost creep. 3. Make sure the car's got a at least 3inch metal induction pipe with pod filter. Do not run those metal stuffed stock intake pipe. 4. An good exhaust system should restrict no more then 10KWs (My HKS silent power made 3KWs restrictions on a 316rwkws application). So Dyno tune with cat and exhaust dropped, (front pipe only). Do a touch up run with exhaust on after tuning, Get a better exhaust if you see a massive power drop with exhaust. If above procedures are followed you will definitely get the desired power goal. Also people with RB25det R33s. pay attention to those 20 years old valve springs and valves. Mine were all chewed out and worped possibly from valve float. That will act as boost leak, causing lose in power and response. Recommend stronger valve springs. Order, dispatch and mechanic services: All turbochargers are specifically built to suit customer's orders. We need in average 3 to 5 working days to have the order complete. We normally send with Australian post registered post with insurance, which generally takes 3 working days for delivery. We have 2x clients workshops in Melbourne which can carry out the installation service for $200, or onsite service for $250. For tuning, I personally use and recommend Status, and Dr.drift. ECU: For R33 RB25det I've personally used Adaptronic Plugin ECU and highly recommend it. The RRP price on this mode is $1499, We offer $400 discount of total if it is purchased with any of our turbochargers or high flow / rebuild service. Discount also apply for any customers whom is currently owning one of our built or high flowed turbochargers. Please check ECU features, results and discussion in page 113~116.
  2. Hey all. I know there is a plethora of information about Hypergear turbos on these threads, with Tao providing a heap of Dyno results. I was looking at Hypergear's ATR45-SAT (Special application turbocharger) as it will directly bolt on to my existing setup, with some basic fabrication/relocation of some intake piping, and will suffice for my 300-350rwkw power figure I am after with my current setup for street use. Only thing is he doesnt provide any specs from what I can see on the size of the housings, or any sizings of inlets/outlets, which I thought would be basic information you would provide there for your customers to see when deciding to choose your product, like other turbo sellers do. Has anyone got some of their own feedback and dyno results on that specific turbo? Was also looking at Kinugawa turbos that were a direct bolt on, and had heard good things about them, I dont think theyre as popular as they used to be, but has anyone had one recently theyve purchased and used? Any other recommendations with reasoning as to why they went with it?
  3. For sale I have my 1991 Toyota Soarer 2.5L Twin Turbo , (206kw) This car is a nice quick sporty 2 door import. Car has: 138 ***kms and 4 months rego. Features of the car: • Aftermarket wheels • Front lip • Boost controller with multiple settings as well as gauge and stat displays, • Turbo timer • Aftermarket cd player • NOS kit (lines hooked up , bottle not included) • Aftermarket smoked tail lights • Aftermarket adjustable coilover suspension • Aftermarket Koyo Raidiator (under 100kms old) • Air intake modified for better flow • Boost gauge • New projector lights (hi beams) • Twin turbo power • Automatic • Rear wheel drive Car handles well and nothing beats the sound of the turbo spooling and flutter. Car does need some love in a few areas and was bought with these as this is my weekend/project car. Drivers side door trim is stuffed (common problem with soarers) , air con doesn’t work and has been partially removed (panel and fan) , Car has a few small dents around body. Overall the car is a great drive and looks good. It does some areas that need love as listed but this will be taken into consideration when it comes to price.   4. Hey guys, I've bitten the bullet and decided to put my hard earn coin to use and make my R33 GTS-T go. I've collected around 6K to pour into my car which I think should be plenty of money to get everything sorted. My goal is to hit the 260-270 RWKW mark. I also don't want to advertise the fact that my car is worked so everything will be done as stealth as possible. Current mods on car: - BC racing coilovers - Exedy HD cushion button clutch (<10000KM old) - bellmouth dump pipe with catco high-flow and HKS silent Hi-power catback - T-piece bleeder valve - HKS mushroom pod filter I've been doing a bit of research on this site, comparing other people's mods and going off by recommendations and advice and have come up with the following "2-buy" parts: - Garrett GT3076R-12 low-mount kit with 0.70 A/R, internally gated - Sard 550 CC injectors with collars - Z32 AFM - Bosch 040 fuel pump - Nismo fuel pressure regulator - Ebay Ching-Chong China cooler with piping kit All parts listed come to a price total of around 4.5K, give or take couple of hundred dollars if i shop around. I've got a Z32 ECU with a NISTUNE board in it so on the tuning side of things, all is good. From the parts that I've listed, does everything sound A-OK? Any recommendations or any other additional parts I should be adding? I'd like to make sure I'm going in the right direction before I place a big order. Any money left over from the tune will be going straight on a 1.5 way diff and HICAS lock bar. I'll also be spraying the FMIC matte black for that stealth look. Cheers,
  5. As the title says I have an HKS GT-RS (11004-AN008) turbo for sale to suit the RB25DET. This turbo is a straight bolt-on item (although oil and water lines will need to be replaced). This is a very responsive turbo and probably the best 'street turbo' available for the RB25DET. It is in excellent condition only having done <2000km's before being upgraded (to a GT3076R for more power!)   6. hey everybody. i would like to swap a maroon left rear tail light assembly for a chrystal white left rear tail light assembly. im happy to pay for postage so you are not out of pocket. im in n.s.w blacktown. happy to travel reasonable distance. if you want ill even include the old white cracked tail light for free. im prety shure the maroon light its in good condition with no cracks or marks but ill make 100% shure if someone is keen on doing this it would be greatly appreciated.
  7. Hi guys, I'm dreaming up a list of next mods once the weekender is sold. I've checked several threads like this and this but many of them seem quite dated - I'm looking for 2012 information. The car is an R34 GTT with basic upgrades: FMIC, full 2.5" turbo back, high flow cat, TurboTech V2 manual boost controller and Nistune. It's currently pushing just shy of 200 rwkw. I'd be aiming for a reliable 250-280 rwkw in the next stage, preferably without too much lag. I like the idea of a high flow as it bolts straight in. Is this power level possible with a high flow? Are there other companies besides GCG doing good high flows? Besides high flow, what are the other options when staying low mount? Something like a HKS GT-RS? Also I assume the basic supporting mods are a Z32 AFM, 040 fuel pump and injectors (what size?). What else is needed? Also I'd be retaining the Tiptronic auto, would it cope? What kind of overall cost would I be looking at? I'm not keen on doing engine internals, cams, or running E85 etc. Any feedback and recent experiences welcome. Thanks

Up for grabs is my 1993 Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-T 'M Spec' - Not interested in swaps It has a good amount of mods and has plenty of power and appeal, sounds amazing and doesn't want allot of work done if any. Motor is a extremely healthy RB25DET with Splitfire coilpacks, fuel pressure regulator, pod filter and standard turbo, boosts really early and very smooth. In 2008 was converted to a manual, gearbox is in perfect condition, no knocks, noises and the synchros are in perfect condition. Heavy duty clutch installed at the same time (All mod plated and done properly) It also has a Front Mount Intercooler 3" Stainless exhaust to 3.5" canon, Blitz Turbo Timer, HKS power indicator and a Programmable Apexi SAFC2. The Apexi was on the car when I brought it so I can't confirm when/if it has been tuned and to what power, what I do know is its running standard boost (7spi) and runs perfect. Would be a weapon with a proper tune around the 10-12psi range. Suspension wise it has Tien adjustable coilovers all round and slotted rotors front and back. The only bad points is the wiring to the ECU requires tidying up and the boot layout is a bit messy. Climate control air con needs gassing. Someone with a bit of knowledge and time can do this easily, I have priced it very fairly considering the mods and condition of the car. I am selling it with a safety cert and is registered until the end of February. Car will come with a set of 18x9.5 rears and 18x8.5 Work XT-7's and NOT the zenkais pictured (The Works are worth 3x what the Zenkais are, do your research) Recently replaced valve covers, changed oil + filter and put in a set of spark plugs. The car drives awesome and feels great, I am not after swaps, cash only accepted no banks cheques or internet transfers unless from interstate buyers.   11. Hi, I have a VL Commodore with a naturally aspirated RB30, done near 300,000KM and it's screwed. How tricky is it to go to an RB25DET and what mods will have I have to do to the engine bay? Is it worth doing this or would it be cheaper to rebuild the RB30 to take a 35-40 Garrett turbo which will set me back roughly $12-15K? Also where do I get a good RB25DET from? I live 3 hours from Brisbane. Thanks heaps
  12. selling my garrett t51r. 76mm comp wheel and 1.05 exhaust housing. it is ta flange modified to suit t4 flange. twin pulse manifold with v band to dump pipe. will include v band clamp and cut off section of dump pipe with other half of v band flange. also included in the sale is 60mm exteranal wastegate and k&n filter with 3.5" 90 degree bend. turbo made 702.5 on my rb26/30 at 28psi. was an absoloute blast to drive. full boost was seen by 4350rpm and pulled all the way through. any further questions text me 0427852404 or pm location is toowoomba qld. will post at buyers expense or can arrange local pick up. chasing $1400 for the whole package, very cheap for big hp. only selling due to upgrading to gtx42 and new turbosmart gate

  14. 1997 Nissan 200sx S14a, after a cash sale to buy a jetski but may swap for a R34 na or turbo. SR20DET and 5 speed manual Fairly standard car. Has a Hybrid stealth front mount intercooler, 3" Stainless Exhaust, manual boost controller + gauge in pillar. Air cond and all electrics work, original Nissan keyless entry remote.   15. URGENT SALE: Moving overseas very soon and need the car gone. R34 GTT turbo manual. Have owned the car for almost 2 years, before I purchased it, I had a RACV test on it at 96,650km's where it received a GO rating. I still have the paperwork. As soon as I bought it, had the 100k service done (timing belt, water pump etc) and have had it serviced regularly at performance workshops. I have all the receipts/invoices for everything on it while i have owned it. It hasn't missed a beat. Was serviced last at Chasers on 31st of January 2013 at 108,019km's with fresh motul 8100 oil. (It currently has 108,041km's) I have not abused the car while owning it, never revving it above 3500rpm until the oil has warmed up. I am 28, and drive it maturely. It has the the following bits on it including; -Front mount Intercooler -K&N panel filter -Full exhaust with stainless steel catback -2 way factory electric sunroof I also have a set of 17 inch standard alloys with tyres, along with the 19 inch wheels pictured, all will be included in the sale. I am sure there is alot more I'm forgetting, If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to call me with them. Just please no silly low ball offers without even seeing the car. The price is $12,000 as is, with no registration, as selling a registered car in Vic without a roadworthy is illegal. If you want the car with a RWC and reg the price is $14,900.   16. Original, Never boosted and accident free M-Spec, with import papers. Have Original Keys + 2 spare keys i made. M-spec front grill which was an optional upgrade. Serviced every single 5,000kms. Tha paint is in excellent condition for a car of its age, has been polished and buffed to resurface that brilliant shine, however stone chips on the front bar and bonnet lead me to re-spray both the front bar and bonnet. (The factory black colour is a one tone black, this makes it possible to achieve an identical colour match to the rest of the paint. - trust me, i made a big deal about this before any painting happened). FOR SALE My 1998 model R34 GTT skyline. only 85000ks as far as i can tell, the speedo seems to be showing legit klms. great car but i need a bigger one. manual turbo 2 door 19 inch advanti wheels with new GOOD tyres on front 50% tread rear pioneer blutooth head unit with ipod connect NISMO S-TUNE suspension all round with adjustable dampeners diff has been shimmed by pervious owner (not too aggressive) modified standard boost solenoid to run 8PSI all the time has a small rust bubble behind drivers rear wheel arch. been told its and a good spot and should be around $300-400 to fix but i just dont have the time to get it done. never been raced or flogged while ive owned it cant think of much else at the moment. i want $15000ono for it, SMS 0432663963 with any questions or offers.

  20. Just want to clear some space. Thought I would see if anyone wanted this stuff before they go into the bin. I am in Sydney. All prices exclude postage. - $100 blown R34 gtt stock turbo with OP6 rear housing. This is ready for a reco, you know the drill. The shaft is bent and minor chipping can be seen on the exhaust and nylon compressor blades. - $60 JJR Split Dump pipe. Link to new item. This was bought to fix an exhaust leak. Soon after installing I found that the front pipe was also rusted through, so I bought the 3" bellmouth pipe from JJR. I had this installed on the car for 200km. It's like-new and comes with all the hardware, unused. Features a removable airflow splitter. - $5 Dump pipe heat shield. Will throw into box with Split pipe if you want. - $50 used oem coil packs for r34 rb25det. Working at stock boost. They have done 100k.
  21. Hi everyone, I have a few parts I wish to part with. First of all is a Kando T67-25G turbo that had been run on a 25/30 for about 3 months last year and now has been sitting in a box. I also have a Tial 44mm wastegate with screamer with flanges/ flexes to plumb back in. Custom 3 inch dump pipe, modified rb25det stainless steel top mount manifold, some intercooler piping and lastly a r33 lsd diff with 5 stud shafts with brand new rubber bushings. I am asking for $800 for turbo and external wastegate. Or $1000 with manifold and flanges for plumb back and dump pipe. and $200 for diff.
  22. Time to sell my beloved FPV F6 Typhoon in Mercury Silver. The mrs wants to buy a block of land together so the money I get for this will help towards my end of the bargain. It's in pretty damn good condition and well looked, the car has been clear from accident's and has no encumbrance owing on it. Comes in the ZF 6-speed auto which is driving very well, no leaks or anything like that from anywhere on the car. It really is extremely clean and now comes with a full year registration I have just fitted up a brand new set of 20" Silver Agent STAGGERED wheels and tyres, with a whopping pair of 275's on the rear for premium grip and safety. An original XR8 bonnet has also been fitted to it, so there is not much left to do aesthetically. The front and rear brakes were recently replaced costing over $1,800 so you're basically getting brand new Brembo's to go with it. Other than the wheels and XR8 bonnet, the car has just had $3,000 spent on mild performance goodies. Just had a set of 90lb injectors fitted, a high-flow catalytic converter for better breathing, a Plazmaman intercooler, Bluepower CAI and a custom tune, pumping out 302KW at the wheels a mild 13psi. Comes will full service history and the most recent service done at Bluepower was a performance service, achieving great results. The car really has no faults at all so it will pass any inspection and roadworthy by anybody's standards. Happy to provide roadworthy and undergo any sort of test.
