  1. Get plazmaman Also I can assist
  2. Drill it out till the head comes off the bolt I guess then slide off the head and visagrip off the bolt
  3. If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail
  4. I use these bads boys, best investment ever as I'm throwing out my filters each 2nd oil change
  5. odd timiing map, surprised motor hasn't gone bang
  6. Get a GTX3071 with the divided rear housing, then get 2x external gates on and sit the lot on a 6Boost twin scroll manifold. Screamers out of the bonnet or side quarter for extra street cred
  7. Sietbok updates, starting stripping down the RB25DET neo AWD and found out that the RWD sump bolts up to existing pre-tapped bolt holes - woohoo! Just need to cut and shut the pickup has it site further forward due to the front diff. Will be sending the sump off to Spool Imports. More to the less exciting shit, spent the better half of Sunday pulling off the manifold, turbo, plenum, etc. so that I can rip off the head. Everything was going well, till I stripped a allen bolt, brilliant! Called it quits after that also made a massive mess when the bolt stripped and the stand shook, sloshing oil all onto the shop floor. What a shit weekend, lucky for someone they scored a free front diff/sump haha
  8. Not here but easy enough by using the VCT output to even do it. because you can trigger it by MAP, RPM and have upper and lower thresholds. Halaltech is good, but you run out of I/Os very quickly when you start doing fancy things which then needs you to go beyond the auxiliary harness.
  9. Pedders will lie to you so you spend more money. If you own a Nissan import, mandatory things to change are sub frame bushes, replace castor rods, delete HICAS and if money permits get are real diff
  10. PLX Wideband or AEM UEGO Cheap and good, both use the newer LSU 4.9 sensor too. Both have 0-5v output as well.
  11. Better off just getting a standalone unit and feeding the 0-5v output to the ECU if you want a reading from a gauge. Also works out cheaper than the whole Halal box and sensor. Yes you're relying on a 0-5V output and input scaling however of you add a time delay before it starts to read it isn't too bad. There should be one spare AVI on the ECU, if not buy the Auxiliary harness which gives you an additional 4x inputs. Just splice a 0-5 output direct to the loom and feed back the sensor ground to the wideband's sensor ground. Then hop into ECU Manager, hit F4 and select the correct input vs. type. Once you've done that, go and adjust the linear scaling. Use what is documented in your wideband' manual. e.g 0.2V is 8afr and 4.7v is 22 (made up those numbers, they're wrong). Then you can enable wideband feedback and engine protection too
  12. redraw from the mortgage, she won't see
  13. add a bit of copper grease between the caliper piston and brake pad - it helps
  14. you want DBA rotors and Hel lines too?
  15. I read someone said 1.27mm which is pretty much 1.3mm.. I should be good then
  16. Good stuff! don't be a dodgy Honda owner.
  17. Update time for you starts. 95dB limit, I'm the dose king bitches! Oh yeah, if you're a SAU Forum member, it's only $200 for you. Just PM me so I keep an eye out for your registration. Unfortunately you must also come in a Skyline on the day. If you register a Honda it will be full price
  18. Don't be a tight arse. If you can't afford a real gate, just stick to an IG setup.
  19. oooo ooo yummy, curious with your NEO what oil restrictors did you use? I've read the NEO block already has decent restrictors from factory and there's no need to run smaller.
  20. Mine might be a touch laggy too as I've decided to put some 260 deg cams in. Being a NEO I'm also planning to spin it to about 8k rpm to have a decent rpm range to use. Wish me luck LOL. However always tricks to get it on earlier with either lean spool or pull timing as it comes on.
  21. you might get an erection there have been people on this very forum that have used bendix pads then blamed their braking system not being up to the task then shelling out hundreds for larger brakes for street use. Silly!
  22. Decent? lol.. man they don't stop. I think you need to try brake pads like Intima, Project Mu, Hawk, etc. then you'll understand what I mean.
  23. I have
