  1. If you want to future proof it you will need to run a bigger supply wire and fuse...easy if your battery is in the boot otherwise you need to run a wire the length of the car. The stock trigger wires should be fine unless they have been damaged.
  2. There's a "how to do manual conversion" in the DIY section. 2nd hand Bilsteins with lower springs would be better than brand new cheapo coil overs.
  3. Sounds like fuel to me. Have a look for free (well its a bit of work). Maybe the pickup has moved...pump is on way out...
  4. If you are referring to the engine warning light have a search and find how to get fault codes on your car and go from there. Or disconnect the battery and reconnect to see if it disappears.
  5. From their website: "The Quaife ATB differential has been designed to use the standard transmission oils" The factory website promotes Fuchs Titan oils but the New Zealand agents sell only Syntrax 80 -140
  6. Flat battery? Terminals secure? You need to spell out what is wrong. Do your ignition lights come on? Does the starter turn the engine? Is your car still dead 2 weeks later ...if not, what was the cause?
  7. Try this: https://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/nissan/auction-1769598275.htm?rsqid=f1b45fa6312843b0befcd1e31229a5a4 or this https://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/nissan/auction-1769923559.htm?rsqid=f1b45fa6312843b0befcd1e31229a5a4
  8. Well according to the above the Reimax is well within spec. The last thing you want is the pump seizing on the crank.
  9. Joe doesn't tune. In Auckland now that Soichi has gone to Aus that really just leaves Glenn Suckling ...although there are tuners in Papakura and Pukekohe that I don't personally know).
  10. Fuel filter...fuel pump? Blockage in tank?
  11. No because then bigger numbers would mean less fuel.
  12. I use Motul RBF660 which has the same claimed boiling point. I guess it just comes down to price and availability
  13. https://www.rodshop.com.au/bellhousings/toyota-1uzfe.html https://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/toyota/gear-boxes/listing-1756883560.htm?rsqid=bad9e0c528d84e07b08c8070bbb213eb
  14. Try top right hand corner of your post
  15. With your shoulder pushed hard into the back of the seat extend your arm ...if you can't get the heel of your palm(s) on the top of the steering wheel you are too far back to exert proper control. People spend $$$ on bucket seats and race seats so that their bodies don't move about while throwing the car around.
  16. You've already bought them...no need to wonder Look at them ...are the tyres stretched? How wide are the wheels? Stand one against your existing wheels - is it taller or shorter? Bolt one on the car - does it clear the brakes - fit without hitting anything? Look pleasing to your eyes ...or stupid?
  17. Hi Sonny - go down to the "Wagoneers" section and if you haven't already read through the M35 combined info thread!
  18. Drain all the fuel. Replace from another source. That will tell you for sure if its a fuel problem.
  19. There are plenty of build threads for you to research. Or you could read through the turbo upgrades thread. First you need to decide if you want and/or can afford to turn your old tired R32 into a 500kw weapon. The engine work above is just part of the picture and doesn't include a new turbo, ECU, injectors etc followed by transmission, brakes, suspension including wheels and tyres...anything up to $30K, 40K or more.
  20. Check the afm ...they can get dirty if you have a dirty cone filter on them. Try squirting brake cleaner or similar on the wire.
  21. 1 Nissan 2 Wrecker
  22. Nice looking 4 door! What is remap (ROZ 98)? Ok looked it up you mean tune for 98 fuel. Have you got a good tuner lined up?
  23. Baffled with science. Not quite sure what to conclude from your testing. Most people run 18 to 25 psi and want to know how much power they can achieve before having to change fuel lines. Anyone building a serious drag car or a drift machine where they will spend a lot of time at WOT will probably change the fuel system as a matter of course.
  24. Yes but its in Japanese. Someone may have it on a site where you can download it quickly. Its 353,788KB OK 2 or 4WD? Page 9 of the manual gives the power as 173KW @ 6400 rev/min and page18 gives the weight as 1795kg
